Refund Policy

Refund policy:

We make every effort to ensure the quality of our products. As a commitment to our goal of meeting the highest quality standards, we offer a money-back guarantee on items that do not meet our quality standards.

We will credit your account when any one of the following occurs:

Product error: The item is materially different from the order that was placed.
Incorrect size specifications: The size of the item is off from the provided measurement option that you chose when you placed the original order.



Returns:

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

Gift cards.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Filing a claim:

To file a claim, send an email to Support@JewelryDiary.com and include your order number.

If your claim is in regards to a product error, please include photographs of the error and return the affected items to us. In addition, if the error involves a size, include a measuring tape, stick, or ruler in the photographs of affected garments.

Upon verification, we will provide credits equal to amount paid for the portion of the order that was incorrectly printed.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 1 to 2 days on our end and then it can take up to one week to show up on your credit card or bank statement depending on your bank or card issuer.

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Returns without cause:

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on products that were correctly sent and delivered.

Cancellations:

Because orders are processed quickly after they are received, we do not allow cancellations after an order is placed.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Support@JewelryDiary.com and send your item to:

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If we where running a free shipping promotion when you bought your items then the normal shipping costs that we charge will be deducted from your returned item refund as well.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping any item back to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
